NAZA Properties Sdn Bhd and TH Properties Sdn Bhd have entered into a strategic alliance to develop a high-end residential enclave comprising bungalows located within timur[a]enstek in Bandar Enstek, Negri Sembilan.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by TH Properties chief executive officer Zaharuddin Saidon and Naza Group of companies joint group executive chairman SM Faisal SM Nasimuddin on Tuesday in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Zaharuddin said TH Properties sees good synergy in the partnership as Naza Group brings with it an invaluable client base and connections with the companies in the group.

SM Faisal said TH Properties has the qualities that Naza strives to identify in its business partners such as being the best, maximising stakeholder value, and providing innovative property solutions.

timur[a]enstek, with a gross development value of RM2.7billion, has more than 10,091 residential and commercial units.

The first phase comprises singlestorey and one-and-a-half-storey link homes and bungalows with prices ranging from RM166,300 to RM977,519.

timur[a]enstek is the fourth and latest residential phase in Bandar Enstek and covers 1,449 acres with development planned for completion by 2015.

Meanwhile, on the 62 units of bungalows and bungalow lots at Bandar Enstek that come packaged with a luxury car each, Faisal said that is part of Naza's move to explore the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) market.

"The car will be one of Naza's and buyers will get to choose their desired one when they purchase the bungalows," he added.
