KAJANG: A Pakistani who holds a visit pass under the Malaysia My Second Home programme was fined RM60,800 by the Semenyih Sessions Court yesterday for two immigration offences. Rasheed Ahmeed Chungtai, 57, is the first person to be convicted for breaching the programme by running a restaurant.
